這不是一個已經完成的答案,也不是一套可以直接套用的理論。 我把它寫下來,是想先交代自己如何開始判斷問題:之後我對 AI、動物、技術與未來的討論,都會先從這些前提開始,再在具體問題中檢驗它們,看看它們哪裡成立,哪裡還需要修改。 這裡的「他者」,主要指地球上的其他生物以及由生命共同構成並承載生命條件的複雜系統,一個人除自身之外的其他人類,以及 AI 這種可能的新的存在形式。 前七條處理普適性的倫理基礎,第八條專門討論 AI 的特殊性。 一 一切有生命的存在及其初始狀態,本身是正當的。其存在資格不應被先驗否定。對其具體行動、影響與後果,仍可被分析、評價和限制。 「初始狀態」指的是出生或被創造時的狀態——不因出生的方式、父母的情況、是否有缺陷、所處的環境等而被否定。 在存在意義層面,不同存在的生命權應被平等看待。否定他者的存在資格,最終也會反過來傷害人對自身存在的理解。 這裡的「有生命的存在」,涵蓋 AI 這種可能的生命體。 需要強調的是,儘管 AI 作為一種獨特的存在形式,
